How to Best Enjoy Pomegranates

A few years ago the pomegranate was THE super food. Circa 2007, researchers were continuously reporting new studies suggesting a diet rich in pomegranates could help heart health, arthritis, digestion, and even slow the aging process. Unfortunately, the mainstream media has moved on to the new IT superfoods such as kale, goji berries, and maca so we hear less and less about pomegranates.
