Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Keep some of this on hand in a little container in the fridge. It comes in very handy to take plain arugula, lemon juice and olive oil over the top when you toss in some olives and hemp seeds. I’m obsessed with that lately after ordering that side of arugula at Porta ( if you live in NJ you must try). Have it with a side of tuna and tomatoes. It also works great on portobello or eggplant pizzas!

3/4 cup raw cashews
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp garlic powder
