Light Almond Pesto Pasta

Here is a simple, flavorful and nutritious dish that will fill you up, give you energy and not zap your summertime social hour (more time to play). This works well warm or cold and is rather quick to make. Using quinoa or brown rice pasta will keep your blood sugar stable and be slower digesting than regular pasta so you don’t have that post-pasta crash (and hunger). Give it a try 🙂
