Almond Butter Brownies

Give these 5 ingredient brownies a try for a snack, make them the night before..they’re even better the next day!

1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 cup softened almond butter or favorite nut butter

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey or agave

1/2 cup rolled oats, gf if desired

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 325 F.

Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper or grease well, and set aside.
