Skin Boost Antioxidant Smoothie

2/3 c. coconut water

½ c. acai juice (Sambazon)

1 c. blueberries (wild are great)

½ medium banana

3” piece of cucumber (optional)

1 T. pumpkin seeds

1 tsp. goji berry powder

1 tsp. chia seeds

Add all to blender and enjoy.

The blueberries, acai and goji berry are super high in antioxidants and the cucumber adds a touch of silica for collagen building. Pumpkin seeds add zinc and copper for skin building. Chia is filled with omega-3’s for moisture and fiber.
