Your Weekly Go-To Salad Dressing

This is the dressing you can make on Sunday and keep in the work fridge for stress-free salad eating all week!

1 c. Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)

1 medium avocado

½ shallot, minced

1 garlic clove, minced

1 T. dill

1 T. chives

S & P as needed

Put all in food processor and blend adding extra virgin olive oil as you pulse in the food processor. Pour into glass bottle and enjoy all week.
