Anti-Inflammation Grapefruit Smoothie

Anti-Inflammation Smoothie when you are feeling sore all over! Not only is this great for inflammation but it packs over half your daily requirement of vitamin C, contains trace minerals and is a metabolism booster 🙂
1 grapefruit peeled and de-pithed (red grapefruit is a little sweeter)
1/2 c aloe vera juice
5 strawberries
1/2 tsp manuka honey
mint sprigs
ice
Optional, but effective 1 tsp goji berry powder or mangosteen powder
Blend all and enjoy!
