Anti Inflammatory Cranberry Orange Smoothie

It is cranberry season so why not add these anti inflammatory berries to your shake. Great for the urinary tract and boosting antioxidants and the immune system. Adding the clemetines, makes it sweet, protein makes it great for post workout and you can add greens to make it ‘green’, boosting phytonutrients 🙂

1 c. almond milk

1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1-2 peeled clementines

2 dates, pitted

1 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp. mangosteen powder from Sunfood

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 c. frozen cranberries

ice, if needed

Blend all adding protein powder and ice last. Enjoy.
