Banana Oat Cacao Nut Bars

Great to make today and pack for the week-super simple! You can call these whatever you would like–a Breakfast Bar or a Cookie in the Afternoon. Either way they are full of good, energy-providing foods that will sustain you between meals or before OR after a workout. Contains banana, chocolate, nut butter and coconut…aka heaven.

3 ripe bananas

1 1/2 c rolled oats (not instant)

1/4 c almond or peanut butter

1 T. raw honey

1 tsp vanilla extract or scrape vanilla bean

1/2 tsp cinnamon
