Berry, Beet, Mint, Lime, and Chia Seed Smoothie

This is perfect for building healthier skin. The beet juice helps with circulation and the berries are chock full of antioxidants.The Vital Proteins adds the collagen for building skin matrix stronger. Aloe is for hydration and decreasing inflammation. The chia adds fiber and the lime and mint add a nice twist .

1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup aloe vera juice

¾ cup frozen blackberries and/or wild Maine blueberries

¼ cup grated beet (or beet juice) (from about 1 small)

¼ cup mint leaves

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
