Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate Seeds and Fried Goat Cheese
This dish is super-easy to make and you can buy the brussels sprouts cut already to further cut the time. It is a great side dish with pork or really anything. I adapted from a recipe to serve cold and raw. You can do it either way. Enjoy 🙂
1 shallot, minced
1 Tsp. Dijon mustard
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. honey
¼ c. olive oil
Sea Salt and ground pepper
