Cauliflower Detox Salad

I’m telling the truth, I made this in 10 minutes! I was racing to get out the door for work and knew I had most everything on hand and some I had to use quickly because its time was up. This is perfect to accompany a green salad with chicken or a hearty soup for lunch or to dig into with a fork as a snack.
