Choco-Nut Butter Hemp Power Shake

Who doesn’t love a chocolate nut butter shake? This is the “chunky monkey” of healthy shakes. Great as a snack or after a workout, this incorporate hemp hearts for that added boost of protein-yum!

1 scoop of organic protein powder

2 T. hemp seeds

1 T. natural peanut butter

1 T. cacao powder

1 cup of almond milk

1/2 banana (preferably frozen)

3-5 ice cubes

Optional: 1/2-1 tsp maca powder for a booster to energy, endurance, hormone balance and libido.
