Chocolate Berry Antioxidant Protein
Get your berry chocolate healthy fats and fiber fix in one shot. This smoothie give your the synergistic benefits of berry and cacao antioxidants (they are co-factors to one another) and the healthy fats, protein and fiber from almonds and oats. Super boost it with goji powder for complete protein and lutein. Breakfast on-the-go or your TV snack.
1 c. almond milk
1 tsp. cacao powder
1/2 c. blueberries
3 strawberries
1 heaping tablespoon almonds
2 T. oats
1 tsp. goji berry powder
Blend all with some ice or water to thin, if necessary
