Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bars

Not a fan of store bought bars? Love the chocolate peanut butter combo? Need an afternoon snack that is good for you to go with your tea or in your lunch box? These are your new best friend.

1 1/2 c. salted peanuts

1 1/2 c. pitted dates (softened)

1/4 tsp sea salt

3/4 c. oats

1/4 c. chia seeds

1/4 c. flaked unsweetened coconut

3/4 c. roughly chopped dark chocolate

1/4 c. cacao nibs
