Don’t Be Afraid of the Kitchen, Get in There

I’m all about the bare minimum, the no-nonsense, best way to get from point A to point B (in most things). When things start getting complicated, you lose me. I know this transfers to my kitchen antics and maybe yours too. Unless I have a whole day on lockdown, I am probably not going to make a 25 ingredient recipe–ever. If you give me a 5-ingredient recipe, I’m all over it.
