FAST ONE-POT PASTA WITH CHICKEN & SPINACH

Because I have to prepare things in advance or very fast, this dish appealed to me. It had to be full of veggies, satiate a hungry person and contain a solid protein. I have to feed a family that doesn’t necessarily eat the way I like to, I have to appeal to everyone. This is a dish that does just that. You can add mushrooms, switch chicken to sausage, just get really crazy!
