Healthy Gluten Free Recipes
The trend for gluten free recipes is gaining popularity by the day. Whether you have intolerance for gluten with a celiac disease or you want to lose weight and cut out crabs completely, there easy recipes are for you.
Prosciutto wrapped Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 20 large shrimps
- 1 tbsp fresh basil
- 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 10 very thin slice of prosciutto
Method:
- Peel and devein the shrimp.
- In a large bowl mix the shrimp, basil, olive oil and spices. Set aside.
