High Cholesterol? Consider these alternatives

Thirty one point seven percent of the population in the United States has raised cholesterol. That is about 73.5 million adults. Recently, we have seen a change in disease burden from infections disease to chronic disease like heart disease. Part of the reason is raised cholesterol due to a diet high in transfats and sugar. Our foods are laced with this stuff and we have no idea.
