Pesto Zucchini Pasta

Pesto is the pure sophisticate. Spread it, dip, top pasta or zucchini noodles (aka zoodles). A healthy coating of homemade basil pesto takes zoodles to a super highly-nutritious place. Add some fresh Parmesan and dig in!

The way to make this a super-fast dinner. Make the pesto ahead of time with basil or arugula and store. Spiralize the zucchini ahead of time and keep in an airtight container in the fridge. Simply come home from work and assemble and add some fresh tomatoes, if desired.
