POMEGRANATE DRESSING

2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp pink himalayan see salt
1 c cilantro packed
1 c parsley packed
1/4 c ACV or sherry wine, or red wine vinegar
3/4 c EVOO
1/2 c pomegranate seeds
Add cilantro and parsley and process to a fine mince, add vinegar and process for 10 seconds. Add oil in in a steady stream. Add all ingredients and process until smooth, taste, adjust accordingly. Transfer to a jar and let chill several hours.
