Recipe: Turmeric Chickpea and Tomato Chicken

Boasting inflammation-blocking turmeric, antioxidant-rich tomatoes, protein-packed chicken, and high-fiber chickpeas, this is the perfect meal for any night of the week.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1.5 cups 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 4-6 ounces)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas (garbanzos), drained and rinsed
