Warm Arugula Fennel Salad
This is the perfect salad to make at the end of your cleanse week and add chicken or your favorite protein. I love it with lentils too, so if you have some on hand, that is a great add-on! The arugula and fennel keep on going with the cleansing benefits while you slowly add back in things like balsamic vinegar and mustard. A versatile and delicious salad!
Pom vinaigrette:
1/4 cup POM juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
