Eating lots of simple carbs? You may want to really consider adjusting that strategy now.
Why? Because aside from the more obvious nutritional considerations, a recent study actually found that refined carbohydrates may impact your mood negatively and even increase your risk of depression.
The results were published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
