It is Not (Just) About Calories In and Calories Out

A while back I wrote a piece on “It’s Not Just About Calories In and Calories Out” and I wanted to resurrect it and go deeper here. It isn’t simply about calories in and calories out. If it were, we would have a much easier time of losing stubborn weight. People would be going to CrossFit Bootcamp and eating a cheeseburger and all would be fine. Foods affect our bodies in different ways and go through different metabolic pathways.
