Turmeric Milk With Raw Honey and Cinnamon Drink For Cold & Flu
This warm turmeric milk may help you ease the uncomfort of cold or coughing in the cold and flu season. It’s worth for a try, and it’s simple:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 16 ounces milk
- 1 heaping tsp raw honey
- one 2 inch cinnamon stick
Steps to make this super drink:
- Pour milk in a small sauce pan and heat on medium until hot but not boiling
- Then add turmeric and cinnamon stick
- Pour into a glass
- Add raw honey. Mix well.
