Winter Doldrums – Yoga Your Way Out of Them

I’m thinking about reincarnating as a bear. Their winters are so lovely – just sleep, glorious sleep. But at least this time around, a bear I’m not, so it’s important to find ways to keep myself motivated, balanced, and moving.
