Fast, Chunky and Delicious Veggie Soup

The secret here is to cook the sweet potato, lentils and beans ahead of time and put in containers in the fridge. When it comes time to assemble this soup just dump those in the last 15 minutes of cooking. If you are using canned beans and uncooked lentils follow the instructions here for time.
